Charter transportation

Chartering is the chartering of the whole ship. It is cheaper to charter a ship than a liner, and it is available for a direct route. The method of chartering is mainly a fixed charter and regular chartering.

The rights and obligations of the charter party shall be stipulated in the charter party. In the form of a charter party, the contract shall specify whether the ship shall bear the cost of loading and unloading in port. If the ship does not load and unload, it shall stipulate in the contract the time of loading and unloading, and the corresponding demurrage and dispatch fee. If the tenant fails to complete the loading and unloading within a time limit. In order to compensate the ship for the loss caused by the delay of the voyage, the penalty shall be paid to the ship, which is demurrage. If the tenant finishes the loading and unloading in advance, the chartering party shall pay a certain amount of money, called dispatch money. The usual dispatch is half the demurrage.

Charter boats regularly.
